PYGF FALL GOLF OUTING
...........................................................................
Dear Friends:
There are moments when golf is everything that life is. In 1991, Bob Yeager had a vision to create Pittsburgh Youth Golf Foundation (PYGF) and bring the game of golf to young people of all backgrounds who may never have the opportunity to play it.
Through focused and disciplined programs utilizing Tri-State Professional Golfer Association certified instructors, PYGF is teaching disadvantaged, at-risk and inner city youth about sports and life; that golf is a cauldron for character building whether you are a professional or a first-time amateur.
The nurturing of our children affects the future of our region, and why programs offered by PYGF are expanding. Through the support of generous donors like you, PYGF will continue to teach lessons about being patient; that good strategy and hard work are tough to beat; and that adversity can be overcome if you believe in yourself.
Your involvement in our 20th Anniversary Golf Classic and Gala has the power to enhance, improve and change lives, both for those who give and those who receive.
Please join us and the many generous participants who, through their support, help teach our children more than a little about themselves.
Thank you for your consideration. We look forward to seeing you for our Golf Classic and Gala Dinner on September 12 at St. Clair Country Club.
Sincerely,
Bill Fallon
